Reporting A Maintenance Issue During Office Hours

During our office hours, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm please log into your PropertyFile account to log any general maintenance issues. You can then ring our office to follow this up with us, but we will always ask you to ensure it has been logged on PropertyFile. This platform allows you to add photos and videos to help us understand the issue and we can then allocate these tasks to the relevant contractor. This system then makes it easy for all tenants to see the current status of any outstanding issues and when a contractor is due to attend your property. It also gives you advice and prompts to check for certain common maintenance issues which you can easily resolve yourself, such as checking if a fuse has tripped or the pressure on the boiler.

All our landlords have preferred contractors to carry out maintenance, so please do not book a company to fix an issue yourself or you may be liable for the charge. By reporting your maintenance issues via PropertyFile we can then notify the preferred contractor and arrange for the work to be carried out on your behalf with the consent of the landlord. 

Reporting an Emergency Maintenance Issue Out of Hours

We understand that not all maintenance issues happen at convenient times and sometimes something happens that requires an out of hours emergency contractor.

For all other emergencies, please report via your PropertyFile account and follow the emergency procedure detailed. Please note that tenants are liable for any false call out charges.
