Let Only Service
If you prefer to manage your property yourself during the tenancy, our Let Only service provides the support you need to secure suitable tenants.
We will prepare professional marketing materials, advertise your property across our property channels, arrange and conduct viewings, and handle all tenancy paperwork including the Occupational Agreement. We will also collect the deposit and first month’s rent on your behalf before transferring these to you, allowing you to take over management once the tenancy begins.
